Inventory Location Transfer List
The Inventory Transfer List tracks stock moving between your locations. It keeps warehouse-level figures accurate across the organisation and gives internal logistics a clear audit trail, so goods in transit are never simply unaccounted for.
Where to find it
Go to Inventory > Inventory Transfer.
Filters Section
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reference | Find a transfer by its reference number. |
| From Location | Filter by source warehouse. |
| To Location | Filter by destination. |
| Date range | Restrict to a period. |
Add New Transfer
+ Add New Transfer opens the entry form — see Stock Location Transfer.
Inventory Transfer Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Reference | The unique ID. Click it to open the Transfer View. |
| From / To | Source and destination locations. |
| Date | When the goods moved. |
| Total Value | The value of stock relocated. |
| Status | Whether the transfer is processed or still a draft. |
Transfer Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not processed. No stock has moved. |
| Processed | Stock has been deducted from the source and added at the destination. |
| Void | Reversed, with stock returned to the source. |
Action Buttons & More Options
Edit changes a transfer where permitted, Print produces a dispatch document, and Void reverses the movement.
