Customer Tasks
The Tasks tab is an internal activity tracker for a customer. It schedules and assigns follow-ups, meetings and administrative work against a client, so a commitment made on a call does not depend on somebody remembering it.
Where to find it
Go to Customer > Tasks, or the Tasks tab on a customer record.

Description and Notes
The detail behind the task — what was agreed, with whom, and what a good outcome looks like. Worth writing properly, since whoever picks the task up may not be who created it.
