View Loan Application
The Loan Entry View is the full record of one employee loan — the amount, the terms, what has been repaid and what remains. It is where a loan is verified and where its ledger entries can be checked.
Where to find it
Open a loan from Loan Approve, or from the loans tab on an employee record.

General Ledger
The entries the loan created — the payment out to the employee, and the receivable that payroll recovers against each month.
Check the outstanding balance before an employee leaves. A loan with instalments remaining has to be settled from the final payslip, and after that there is no salary left to deduct from.
