Manufacturing Overview
The Manufacturing Overview is the production dashboard. It shows how many work orders are open, how many are overdue, what has been issued and produced this month, and which orders were touched most recently — enough to know whether the shop floor is on schedule without opening a single order.
Where to find it
Go to Manufacturing > Overview. It is the first tab in the module.
The headline figures
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open WOs | Work orders released and being worked on. |
| Overdue WOs | Orders past their required-by date. The number to act on. |
| Closed WOs | Completed work orders. |
| Issues (Month) | Value of components issued to production this month. |
| Produced (Month) | Units finished this month. |
The banner reads All on schedule only while nothing is past its required-by date. The moment an order slips it changes to a warning, so a glance at the top of the page tells you whether anything needs attention.
WO Status Breakdown
Orders split by state — Open, In Progress, Overdue, Closed. Useful for spotting a pile-up: many orders open but few in progress usually means materials have not been issued.
Work Orders — Monthly Trend
Orders opened against orders closed over the last six months. When the opened line runs consistently above the closed line, work is accumulating faster than the floor can clear it.
Recent Work Orders

| Item | What is being made. |
| Date | When the order was raised. |
| Required By | The deadline. |
| Status | Where it stands. |
View All opens the full Work Orders list. If nothing has been raised yet the page says so rather than showing empty charts.
