Print Profiles

Print Profiles connect document types to printers, so each document opens at the right device with the right prompt. Without a profile every print goes through the browser dialogue and depends on somebody choosing correctly.

Where to find it

Go to Setup > Display > Print Profiles.

How it works

1. Register your printers first — see Printer Settings.
2. Create a profile and map each document type to the printer that should handle it.
3. Printing that document type then opens the correct printer with its appropriate prompt.
