Customer Loan Overview
The Customer Loan Overview is the lending book at a glance — active loans and deposits, what has been disbursed against what has been collected, what is overdue and by how long, and which deposits mature next month.

Loan Snapshot
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active Loans | Loans currently outstanding. |
| Active Customers | How many borrowers. |
| Capital Outstanding | Principal still owed. |
| Interest Accrued Unpaid | Interest earned but not yet collected. |
| Penalty Accrued | Charges on overdue dues. |
| Collection (Month) | Receipts this month. |
Loan Aging
Outstanding split by overdue bucket — 1-30 Days, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days and 90+ Days. The screen says No overdue loans when nothing is late.
The 90+ bucket is the one that decides whether a book is healthy. Money in the earlier buckets usually arrives; money past ninety days usually needs a different conversation, and the sooner it starts the better it goes.
Disbursement vs Collection
What has gone out against what has come back, over the last six months. A book where disbursement consistently outruns collection is growing on paper and shrinking in cash.
Deposit Snapshot
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active Deposits | Deposits currently held. |
| Maturity Liability | What you will owe when they mature. |
| Maturing (30d) | Deposits maturing in the next thirty days — the cash you need to have ready. |
| FD vs RD | The split between fixed and recurring deposits. |
| Deposit Mix | How the book is composed. |
Recent Loans and Overdue Dues
The latest loans issued, and dues past their date across the book, so the day's follow-up list is on the same screen as the totals.
