New Leads

A Lead is an individual or organization with an interest in what you are selling. The interest is expressed by sharing contact information, like an email ID, a phone number, or even a social media handle. We are going to create some leads from the backend and associate with them to proceed further contacts and convert them as customers and business with them. 

To create a new lead, go to CRM > New > Leads.

A new pop up  window will appears on the screen. 
Basic Details:
  • Salutation: Choose the appropriate salutation (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.) from the dropdown menu.
  • First Name: Enter the first name.
  • Last Name: Enter the last name.
  • Permanent Address : Enter the address.
  • Currency: Choose the currency for any financial transactions with the lead.
  • Residential Address: Enter the residential address if different from the permanent address.
Contact Details:
  • Office Phone: Enter the office phone number.
  • Mobile Phone: Enter the mobile phone number.
  • Email: Enter the email address.
Lead Details:
  • Client: Enter the client name associated with this lead.
  • Title: Provide the professional title of the lead.
  • Website: Enter the website URL of the lead or their company.
  • Lead Source: Select how the lead was acquired (e.g., Cold Call, Partner).
  • Industry List: Choose the industry category that best describes the lead’s business.
  • Lead Status: Set the current status of the lead (e.g., Open, Contacted).
Other Details:
  • Added By: Select the staff member who is adding the lead.
  • Managed By: Select the staff member responsible for managing the lead.
  • Notes: Add any relevant notes regarding the lead.
  • Contacted Today: Check if the lead was contacted on the current date.
  • Contacted Date: Enter the date the lead was last contacted.
Alternatively you can make your website contact page to connect the iframe of our web to lead. Which will help you get website inquiries as your leads and convert them as customers when its possible to work on as customer.Checkout
