Manufacturing reports print what you are making and what it takes to make it — bills of material, work orders and production output. They are the paper the shop floor actually works from, as well as the record of what was produced.
Where to find them
Go to Reports > Manufacturing. Set the filters on the right, then click Print.
Recipes and orders
| Report | What it shows |
| Bill of Material Listing | The component list for a product, printed product by product. |
| Work Order Listing | Work orders as a list, for checking what is in progress. |
Printing a work order
| Report | What it shows |
| Print Work Orders | An individual work order in the standard format. |
| Print Work Orders-new | The same order in an alternative layout. |
| Print Work Orders-UOM | A layout that carries the unit of measure detail. |
Three layouts exist because different floors need different things on the paper. Pick one and use it consistently — a mix of formats across the same shop is how a quantity gets read off the wrong column.
Output
| Report | What it shows |
| Production Report | What has been produced. |
