Service Stations
Service Stations lists the workshops that maintain your fleet. Recording who did the work lets you compare cost and turnaround between them, and gives you a history when a repair does not hold.
Where to find it
Go to EcoFleet > Settings > Service Stations.
What a record holds
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The workshop. |
| Location | Where it is. |
| Supplier | The supplier account their invoices come through. |
| Contact | Who to speak to about a job. |
Managing the list
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add | Creates an entry. |
| Edit | Changes it. Existing records follow the new name. |
| Delete | Blocked while records still reference it — deactivate instead. |
Keep the workshop's history rather than only the current one. A repeat repair at a different workshop is a warranty conversation, and you cannot have it without knowing who did the work the first time.
