Counts
Counts turns a reader into a stocktaking tool. Open a count for a location and, while it is open, reads there go into the count instead of becoming sightings — so walking a zone with a reader produces a counted list rather than a stream of observations.
Where to find it
Go to EdgeBridge > Counts.
Starting a count
- Choose the location to count.
- Give it a name you will recognise later.
- Start counting.
- Walk the zone with the reader, or let the fixed readers there collect.
- Close the count when the zone is done.

While a count is open for a location, reads there stop becoming sightings. Leave one open by accident and the location's live tracking goes quiet — close counts as soon as the zone is finished.
