What Customers See in the Portal
A customer signing in to the portal sees their own account and nothing else: what they have bought, what they owe, what is on its way and what they have paid. Everything is read from the live ERP, so a document posted this morning is there this morning, and the customer never has to ask anyone for a copy of anything.

| Quotes | Quotations raised for them. |
| Deliveries | What has shipped, by the order reference they know. |

| Catalog | What they can order. |
| Payments | Paying online, or declaring a payment made another way. |
| Documents | Uploading files for you to review. |

Ordering
A customer's order request is saved in the ERP as a quotation, numbered in your quote series. It is a request, not a commitment: somebody on your side reads it, prices it and turns it into a sales order. That keeps pricing, credit and availability decisions where they belong instead of letting a portal form post an order nobody has looked at.
Order progress is read from the sales orders themselves, so what the customer sees as fulfilment is what your warehouse has actually done.
Paying
Customers can pay through a gateway or declare a payment made offline. Either way it arrives in the ERP's Payments tab for confirmation before it is posted and allocated. The customer sees the status move as you deal with it.
My Account
The account page shows their own details — including their payment terms and country in words rather than internal codes. It is worth checking these read correctly on a customer you know, because they are the first thing a customer looks at and the easiest place for a wrong-looking setup to undermine confidence in everything else.
Support
Tickets raised here arrive in the Helpdesk under the Customers filter. Your reply appears in their thread and notifies them. A ticket's status is its support state — it has nothing to do with the customer's CRM sales stage.
What they cannot see
Everything is scoped to the customer record the login belongs to. Other customers' documents, your costs, your margins and anything internal are not in the portal's reach at all — the scope is applied when the data is read, not by hiding things on the screen.
