Task Detailed View
The Task View is the full record for one piece of work — what it is, who owns it, when it is due, and what has happened on it. It is where progress is updated and where the detail behind a one-line task name lives.

Activity on the task
Comments, checklist items and attachments recorded against the task, so the working history stays with the work rather than in email.
Update Status as you go, not at the end. A task sitting at open until the day it is delivered gives the project view nothing useful to report, and progress billing nothing to draw on.
Billable tasks
A completed task marked billable is what a Project Invoice can charge for under progress billing. Closing it promptly is what makes the invoice right.
