Meetings
Meetings schedules and records time booked with customers and prospects. A meeting at the right moment with the right person is what converts interest into business — this is where those are arranged, assigned and followed up.

Getting value from meetings
- Assign the right person — a meeting given to someone who cannot answer the customer's questions wastes the slot.
- Record the outcome, not just that it happened. Needs and feedback captured here are what the next step is built on.
- Raise a Task for anything you committed to, so it is tracked rather than remembered.
The follow-up matters more than the meeting. A commitment made in the room and not recorded anywhere is the most common way a promising conversation goes cold.
