Proposals List
The Proposals tab holds formal offers and bids sent to a customer. It tracks the pre-sales journey — what was offered, at what price, and whether it is still open — so a conversation months later can start from the document rather than from memory.
Where to find it
Open a customer and select the Proposals tab.

Keeping proposals against the customer record is what stops the same client being quoted two different prices by two people. Check here before pricing anything new.
