CRM Reports and Prints
CRM reports print the documents you send to prospects and customers — leads, estimates, proposals and project invoices. Unlike most report groups these are outward-facing: what comes out goes straight to the person you are trying to win.
Where to find them
Go to Reports > CRM. Choose the record from the dropdown, then click Print.
Which report to print
| Report | What it produces | Who reads it |
|---|---|---|
| Print Leads | An organised list of leads. | Internal — your sales team. |
| Print Estimates | An estimate, chosen from a dropdown. | The prospect. |
| Print Proposal | A proposal for approval. | The prospect, deciding. |
| Print Project Invoice | A partial or full project invoice. | The customer, paying. |
Print Leads
An organised list of leads, so a pipeline can be worked from paper or shared with someone who does not use the system.
Print Estimates
Estimates, selected from a dropdown of those on file.
Print Proposal
A proposal for sending to a customer for approval — the document that usually decides whether the work happens.
Print Project Invoice
An invoice for a custom project, whether it is being billed partially or in full.
These print through the same templates the Report Editor controls. Since a proposal is often the first document a prospect sees from you, it is worth designing that template properly before you send many of them.
