Fuel Stations
Fuel Stations lists where your fleet refuels. Recording the station on each fill lets you compare prices between suppliers and spot fills at places your vehicles have no business being.
Where to find it
Go to EcoFleet > Settings > Fuel Stations.
What a record holds
| Field | Description |

| Name | The station. |
| Location | Where it is. |
| Supplier | The account it is billed through, where you have one. |
Managing the list
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add | Creates an entry. |
| Edit | Changes it. Existing records follow the new name. |
| Delete | Blocked while records still reference it — deactivate instead. |
A fill at an unexpected station is worth a question. It is usually a legitimate detour, but it is also the simplest indicator that a vehicle went somewhere the job sheet does not explain.
