Maintenance Reports
MaintenPro adds four reports under Maintenance on the ERP's reports page. Between them they answer the four questions maintenance is normally asked: what work is there, what is it costing, what is coming up, and what exactly was done on this job.
Maintenance Jobs Register
Every maintenance job in the period with its asset, type, priority, who it is with, status and what it has cost in parts, labour and contractor bills.
| Parameter | Notes |
|---|---|
| Requested | The date range, by request date. |
| Status | One status, or all of them. |
| Asset | One asset, or all. |
Maintenance Cost by Asset
Per asset: jobs, hours, downtime, and the cost of parts, labour and contractors — the assets that cost the most to keep running come first. Takes a period and optionally one asset.
This is the replace-or-repair report. An asset at the top of it two years running, with rising downtime, is usually making the argument for itself.
Preventive Maintenance Due
Preventive schedules falling due by the date given, with the last time the work was done and whether a job is already open. Takes a Due On or Before date.
Run it a month ahead to plan parts and contractor bookings; run it for today to see what has slipped. The job already open column is what separates work that is in hand from work that is merely due.
Job Card
The printable card of one maintenance job: the asset, the fault, the work done, parts used, contractor bills and sign-off lines. Takes one Job.
This is the document to print and send out with a technician, and the one to file when the work is signed off. It carries the job's full history, so it stands on its own without the system in front of you.
Destinations
All four take the usual Comments, Orientation and Destination parameters, and print to screen, PDF or Excel like every other ERP report.
Permission
The reports are guarded by Maintenance Reports, which can be granted on its own. A finance or management user can then read what maintenance costs without being able to raise, approve or work on anything.
