MaintenPro
MaintenPro keeps your equipment running and puts a cost against it. Raise a job when something breaks, let preventive schedules raise their own jobs before anything does, record what was done, issue the spare parts from stock and enter the contractor's bill — all of it against the asset, so you can see what each machine actually costs to keep.
It uses the masters you already have
| In MaintenPro | Is really |
|---|---|
| An asset | A stock item. |
| A technician | An HRM employee. |
| A contractor | A supplier. |
| Spare parts issued | A normal inventory adjustment. |
| A contractor's bill | A normal supplier invoice. |
MaintenPro adds no parallel masters and no parallel ledger. That is deliberate: your stock valuation, your supplier ageing, voiding and every core report keep working exactly as they did.

Setting it up
| Step | Page |
|---|---|
| 1. Decide whether jobs need approval, and where parts come from | General settings |
| 2. List the outside firms you use | Contractors |
| 3. Write the planned work | Preventive schedules |
You do not need step 3 to start. Raising corrective jobs when things break works from the first day; the schedules are what turns that into planned maintenance later.
