Tasks list and Inquiry
The Tasks list shows all work assigned across the system, with filters, status, priority and assignment. It is the tool for managing workload and tracking progress — and for finding what is overdue before somebody else does.
Overview
Go to CRM > Tasks. Every task appears here whether it belongs to a project, a customer, a lead or a supplier.

How to Use
- Filter to your own tasks and sort by deadline.
- Update status as work progresses rather than at the end.
- Reassign where somebody is overloaded — the list makes that visible.
- Close completed billable tasks promptly, since project invoicing draws on them.
Tips
- Filter on overdue across all users for a quick read on where delivery is slipping.
- A task with no Assigned To will not get done. Sweep for blanks periodically.
- Use Todos for the personal working view of the same data.
