Portal Requisitions
Portal Requisitions are material requests raised from the field rather than in the office. Site staff submit what they need through the portal, and this screen is where those requests are seen, prioritised and turned into indents.
Where to find it
Go to TenderPro > Portal Requisitions.
What the list shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID / Ref | The requisition reference. |
| Project | The contract it is for. |
| Employee | Who raised it. |
| Type | What kind of request it is. |
| Priority | How urgent site says it is. |
| Required by | When it is needed. The date to work to. |
| Created | When it was submitted. |
| Status | Where the request stands. |
Sort by Required by, not by priority. Everything submitted from a site is marked urgent; the date it is actually needed is the field that distinguishes a real deadline from a habit.
From requisition to material
- Site submits a requisition through the portal.
- It appears here for review.
- An approved requisition becomes a Material Indent.
- The store sends it out with a Move.
Alerts
Requisition and indent notifications go to the role set under Material Indent / Return alerts → role in Settings, along with the Portal Notification Roles that decide who hears from the field.
