Active Users
Active Users shows who is signed into the ERP right now, across every company under you. It answers two questions — is a customer actually using what they are paying for, and when are your peak hours — and it is the quickest way to see whether a reported outage is affecting everyone or one person.
Where to find it
Go to Company > Active Users.
What the list shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Reseller | Whose customer the user belongs to. |
| Company | The company they are signed into. |
| User Name / Email | Who is online. |
| IP Address | Where they are connecting from. |
| Time | When the session started. |
| Count | How many concurrent sessions that user holds. |
Filters
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Show Session | Includes browser sessions. |
| Show API/Mobile | Includes API and mobile app connections, which do not appear as ordinary sessions. |
| Search | Narrows to one reseller or company. |
Delete Selected
Ends the selected sessions. Use it when a user is locked out by a stale session, or when a licence limit is being consumed by sessions nobody is actually using.
Ending a session logs that person out immediately. Anything they have typed but not saved is lost, so warn them first unless the session is clearly abandoned.
Reading the numbers
A high Count against one user normally means several open browser tabs or devices, not several people. A company with no active users for weeks while it is being billed is worth a conversation before renewal comes round.
