WooCommerce Item Variations List
Woo Item Variations lists the size, colour and specification variants of your store products and shows which ERP stock item each one is connected to. Variants are where stock synchronisation most often goes wrong, so this is the screen that proves it has not.
Where to find it
Go to WooCommerce > Woo Item Variations.
What the list shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Variation | The variant, identified by its attributes. |
| Product | The parent product it belongs to. |
| SKU | The variant's own stock keeping unit. |
| ERP Stock ID | The ERP item it is connected to. Blank means unlinked. |
| Price | The variant's price. |
Filtering
Search variations by name, or filter the product list, to reach a specific variant without scrolling a full catalogue.
Every variant needs its own ERP stock item. A parent product linked while its variants are not means the store shows stock the ERP has never heard of — and the shortfall only appears when someone orders the size you do not have.
What it gives you
- Inventory accuracy — stock moves in one system and shows in the other.
- Correct pricing — variant prices stay aligned rather than being maintained twice.
- Clean order processing — an order for a variant resolves to a real stock item.
