Customer Branches List
The Branches list shows every delivery location and sub-entity across your customers. It is where localised logistics and accounting settings are managed — the tax group, delivery address and default warehouse that each site trades under.
Where to find it
Go to Customer > Branches.
Field Definitions for the Branch List
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Branch Name | The location name. Click it to open the Branch View. |
| Customer | The parent customer the branch belongs to. |
| Branch Reference | The short code identifying the branch. |
| Contact | Who to reach at that location. |
| Phone / Email | Branch contact details. |
| Sales Area | The territory the branch sits in. |
| Tax Group | How tax is calculated for this location. |
Managing Your Branches
+ Add New creates a branch, Edit changes one, and the inactive toggle retires a location that has closed while keeping the deliveries made to it.
Filter by Tax Group when checking a customer with sites in several states. A branch on the wrong group produces the wrong tax split on every invoice sent to it, and nothing else flags it.
