Sales & Purchase Kits
The Kits List shows bundled items — sets sold or managed as one unit while their components are tracked individually. It keeps these composite records separate from ordinary stock items, which behave quite differently.
Where to find it
Go to Inventory > Kits.
Filters Section
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Select A Category | Filter kits by their assigned product category. |
| Search | Find a kit by code or description. |
Kits Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Kit Code | The bundle's unique code. Click it to open the Kit Items View. |
| Description | The name shown on sales documents. |
| Category | The group the kit belongs to. |
| Components | The items making up the bundle. |
Kits carry no stock figure of their own, so this list shows no Quantity On Hand. What you can actually sell depends on the component in shortest supply.
Action Buttons
+ Add New Kit opens the entry form. Edit changes a kit's components or quantities; View opens the full record with pricing.
