Sales & Purchase Kits
The Kits List provides a specialized view of bundled items or "sets" within your inventory. Kits are collections of multiple components sold or managed as a single unit, often used for assemblies or promotional packages. This dashboard allows you to manage these complex items separately from individual stock units. To access this list, navigate to Inventory > Click the "Kits" Tab.
Filters Section
Use these filters to locate specific kits or grouped assemblies.
- Select A Category: Filter the kits by their assigned product category (e.g., Composite Material or Other Supply Materials).
- Search: Enter the Kit Name or Item Code into the search bar to find a specific record instantly.
- Search Button: Click the green Search button to refresh the list based on your filter criteria.
Kits Table
This table displays the summary data for your defined kits and assemblies.
- Item code: The unique identification number assigned to the kit (e.g., 1000002).
- Name: The descriptive name of the kit (e.g., Single Pole Transformer Structure set). Clicking the blue name link typically opens the Kit Composition view.
- Category: The specific classification where the kit is organized (e.g., Composite Material).
Action Buttons
Each kit entry includes options for individual record management:
- Delete (Trash Icon): Clicking the red trash icon allows you to remove a kit from the registry. Note that kits usually cannot be deleted if they have active transaction history or current stock dependencies.
