WooCommerce Orders List Inquiry

Overview

The WooCommerce Orders List Inquiry feature allows you to retrieve and view detailed information about orders placed on your WooCommerce store. This includes order IDs, references from your ERP system, and the current status of each order.

Order Details

When you inquire about the orders list, you will receive the following information for each WooCommerce order:

1. WooCommerce Order ID

   • Description: The unique identifier assigned to each order by WooCommerce.
   • Example: #1234

2. Sales Order Reference

   • Description: The reference number for the corresponding sales order in your ERP system.
   • Example: SO-2025-002

3. Delivery Reference

   • Description: The reference number for the delivery note in your ERP system.
   • Example: DEL-2025-026

4. Invoice Reference

   • Description: The reference number for the invoice in your ERP system.
   • Example: INV-2025-032

5. Payment

   • Description: The status of the payment for the order, as recorded in your ERP system.
   • Example: Paid, Pending, Refunded, Cancelled, Completed, Draft, On Hold.

6. Credit Note

   • Description: The reference number for any credit note issued in your ERP system.
   • Example: CN-2025-002

7. WooCommerce Order Status

   • Description: The current status of the order in WooCommerce.
   • Options:
     • Pending
     • Processing
     • On Hold
     • Completed
     • Cancelled
     • Refunded
     • **Failed`

How to Retrieve WooCommerce Orders List

1. Access the Orders List Inquiry Feature

   • Navigate to the Orders List Inquiry section in your ERP system.

2. Initiate the Inquiry

   • Select the option to retrieve the list of WooCommerce orders.

3. View Order Details

   • The system will display detailed information for each order, including WooCommerce Order ID, ERP references (Sales Order, Delivery, Invoice, Credit Note), Payment status, and WooCommerce Order Status.
