Work Centres And Manufacturing Centres
The Work Centers list allows users to manage various work centers within the manufacturing module. Work centers are specific locations within the production environment where different manufacturing activities or operations are carried out. This list provides an overview and management interface for these centers.
Features:
Name: The name of the work center is displayed here. This is the primary identifier for the work center within the system.
Description: A brief description of the work center, which might include its purpose or specific activities performed there.
Edit: The pencil icon next to each work center name allows users to edit the details of the work center, including its name and description.
Delete: The red "X" icon is used to delete a work center from the list. Deleting a work center is irreversible and should be done with caution.
Add New: The "Add new" button allows users to create a new work center. Upon clicking, a form appears where the user can input the name and description of the new work center.
Show also Inactive: This checkbox allows users to toggle the visibility of inactive work centers in the list. When checked, inactive work centers will also be displayed.
Usage:
Adding a New Work Center:
- Click the "Add new" button.
- Fill in the required fields (Name and Description).
- Click the "Save" button to create the new work center.
Editing an Existing Work Center:
- Click the pencil icon next to the work center you wish to edit.
- Modify the desired fields.
- Click "Save" to update the work center details.
Deleting a Work Center:
- Click the red "X" icon next to the work center you wish to delete.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Viewing Inactive Work Centers:
- Check the "Show also Inactive" box to include inactive work centers in the list.
This interface ensures that users can easily manage and configure their manufacturing environments, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
