Customer Estimates List
The Estimations tab tracks early cost projections and informal quotes given to a customer. An estimation is the earliest priced conversation — enough to give scope and a figure without committing to anything formally.

Field Definitions for the Estimations List
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Estimation | The reference or title. |
| Date | When it was prepared. |
| Amount | The indicative figure given. |
| Assigned To | Who prepared it. |
| Status | Where it stands. |
An estimation is indicative, not binding — but customers rarely see the distinction. Record what was actually said, because the figure quoted informally is the one they will remember when the quotation arrives.
