Regions
Regions divide the society geographically — the areas, councils and land boards members belong to. Recording a region on each member is what lets you report collection, claims and growth by area rather than only as one total.
Where to find it
Go to BurialPro > Settings > Regions.
What a region record holds
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The region, named as members would recognise it. |
| Councils & Land Boards | The administrative bodies it covers. |
| Status | Whether it is still in use. |
Members with no region are reported as (no region) rather than dropped. It is worth clearing that group periodically — regional reporting is only useful once nearly everyone is assigned.
Where regions appear
A region is set on New Member, and used on agents to define who covers where.
