Calls

Calls

Calls records phone contact with customers and leads. A call gets a personal response in a way email does not — and logging them means the next person picking up the account knows what was already said.

Where to find it

Go to CRM > Calls. Calls, Meetings and Reminders share one activity screen, filtered to the relevant type.

What a call record holds

FieldDescription
Related toThe customer or lead the call concerns.
Assigned ToWho is making or made the call.
Date & TimeWhen it is scheduled or took place.
StatusScheduled, completed or cancelled.
NotesWhat was discussed and agreed.
The notes are the point. A logged call with no record of what was said proves contact happened but tells the next person nothing — and they are the one who will have to make the follow-up.
