Users List

Users List

Users List shows every user inside a company, with a direct login button beside each one. It is the support screen — when a customer reports something you cannot reproduce, this is how you get into their account and see exactly what they are seeing.

Where to find it

Go to Company > Users List.

How to use it

  1. Select a reseller. Their companies are listed.
  2. Choose a company. Its users are listed.
  3. Use Login on a user to open their ERP directly.

What the list shows

ColumnDescription
IDThe user record.
Full NameWho they are.
E-mailTheir login.
PhoneContact number.
URLThe address their company runs on.
Last VisitDate and time they were last in. Never Logged in means the account was created but never used.
ActionLogin — opens their URL as that user.
A column of "Never Logged in" against a paying company is worth a call. It usually means the users were set up during onboarding and the customer never got as far as handing out the logins.

Using the login action

The login opens the customer's ERP as that user, for troubleshooting a problem you cannot see from your side. Anything you do there is done as them — it lands in their books and against their name in the audit trail. Tell the customer before you use it.
