Users login history
Users Login History records every sign-in to your company. It is the simplest security check available — a place to confirm who has been in the system, from where, and to spot access that does not look right.
Where to find it
Go to Setup > Users & Void > Users Login History.
What each entry shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| User Name | Who logged in. |
| The address on that user account. | |
| IP Address | Where the connection came from. |
| Date and Time | Exactly when the sign-in happened. |
Filters
Filter by email or name, by user full name, and by date, to narrow the list to a person or a period.
The pattern is what matters, not any single row. Sign-ins outside working hours, from an unfamiliar IP address, or from two distant addresses close together are worth asking about — a shared password is the usual explanation.
