Setup
CRM Setup configures the web lead capture form used on your website. It controls which fields the form asks for, how those fields are labelled, what the submit button says, what a visitor sees after submitting, and how the whole form is styled.
Where to find it
Go to CRM > Settings > Setup.
Dynamic Setups
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Form Name | The heading shown above the form. |
| Submit Button Text | What the button says. "Get a quote" converts better than "Submit". |
| Success Message | What the visitor sees after submitting — the last impression the form leaves. |
| Additional CSS | Styling to match the form to your website. |
Custom Labels
Every field label on the form can be reworded, so the form speaks your language rather than the system's.
| Field | Default purpose |
|---|---|
| Salutation | Title. |
| First Name / Last Name | The contact's name. |
| Work email | Their business address. |
| Phone number | Contact number. |
| Company name | The organisation. |
| Country | Where they are. |
| Title | Their role. |
| How do you plan to use | The qualifying question. |
Ask for less than you want. Every extra field costs submissions, and a name and an email is enough to start a conversation — the rest you can learn by asking.
Custom Support fields
Additional fields beyond the standard set, where your qualification genuinely needs them.
