Move
Move sends material out to a project site against an indent. It is the transfer that takes stock out of your store and puts it on the job, so the material is costed to the contract from the moment it leaves rather than when someone remembers to account for it.
Where to find it
Go to TenderPro > Move. Create one with New Material Transfer.
Making a transfer
| Element | Description |

| Project | Where the material is going. |
| Material Transfer Items | What is being sent and how much. Quantities must be valid. |
| Vehicle | The vehicle carrying it, from Vehicle Details. |
| Preview PDF | The transfer document to travel with the goods. |
| Process Transfer | Commits it and moves the stock. |
Send the printed transfer with the vehicle. A delivery arriving on site with no paperwork gets signed for by whoever is standing there, and reconciling what actually arrived becomes a conversation rather than a document.
Negative stock
Whether a transfer can proceed with insufficient stock is controlled by Allow Negative Stock Material movements in Settings. Leaving it off forces the stock position to be correct before material moves.
