Moving a candidate forward
- Review the CV and update the status as they progress.
- Record interview outcomes against the record.
- On hiring, create the employee record — the candidate record stays as the recruitment history.
Update status even for unsuccessful applicants. A pile of applications left at their initial status tells you nothing about which channels produce hires, and leaves people waiting on a reply that was never coming.
