Google Business Overview
The Overview is where the app starts: how many listings you have and how many are verified, how many reviews are waiting for a reply, how many posts are live or scheduled, and the headline performance figures for the last thirty days. It is the page to look at weekly rather than daily.
What it shows

| Posts live | What is currently showing, with how many are scheduled and how many failed. |

| Last checked | When the ERP last read from Google. |
The two numbers to act on

| Listings not verified | An unverified listing carries less weight and cannot take some changes. Fix this before anything else. |
| Reviews waiting for a reply | Every one is a customer who has been ignored in public. |
Open the review inbox goes straight to them.
When nothing is synced
A fresh setup says No listings synced yet and Not connected to Google. Connect the app first — see Settings.
Activity
The Activity tab logs what the app has done: edits sent, posts published, reviews answered, reads from Google, and anything that failed. It is where to look when a change does not appear to have taken — the request may have been sent and refused, which is a different problem from not having been sent.
