Departments

This section provides detailed instructions for adding a new department in the HRM system using the "Add Departments" form.

To create a new Department, go to  HRM > Settings > Departments > AddNew

Fill in Department Details:

Department Description: Enter the name of the department.
Shift: Select the appropriate shift from the dropdown menu.(eg:First Shift)
Payroll Cycle: Choose the payroll cycle for the department.(eg: Monthly)
Sales Agents: Toggle this setting to Yes or No to indicate whether the department includes sales agents.

The Departments also connected with Attendance settings, Based on the departments, we can make some attendance settings, Which will help you handle the employee shifts, attendances, and leaves, absents. We can add, delete(We cannot delete a department if it is already in use in the  system.) and edit departments in this system.This process helps in organizing and managing departmental information efficiently.
