Inventory and Services Listing Page
The Inventory List is the central view of every stock item and service you hold. From here you monitor stock levels, check unit costs and retail prices, and reach any item's full record — the dashboard that keeps sales and procurement working from the same picture.
Where to find it
Go to Inventory > Inventory.
Filters Section
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Item Type | All, Stock Item, Services or Fixed Assets. |
| Show also Inactive | Includes items that have been deactivated. |
| Select Location | Shows stock levels for one warehouse rather than the whole company. |
| Select Category | Narrows to one product group. |
| Search | Finds an item by code or description. |
New Item | Service
The + New Item | Service button opens the entry form — see New Item or Service.
Inventory Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Item Code | The unique code. Click it to open the Items View. |
| Description | The item name as it appears on documents. |
| Category | The group the item belongs to. |
| Unit | How the item is counted. |
| Quantity On Hand | Current stock, for the selected location or across all of them. |
| Unit Cost | The item's cost basis, used for cost of goods sold. |
| Retail Price | The selling price from the item's price list. |
Quantity On Hand follows the location filter. A figure that looks wrong is usually the right figure for one warehouse — clear the location filter before concluding stock is missing.
