HRM and payroll reports print what your people are paid and how they attend. They cover the individual payslip, the bulk run, the payroll history behind it, and the statutory items — loans, leave encashment and end of service — that sit alongside salary.
Where to find them
Go to Reports > HRM & Payroll. Set the filters on the right, then click Print.
Payslips
| Report | What it shows |
| Payslip | One employee's payslip for a selected month. |
| Bulk Payslips | Payslips in bulk by department, month and fiscal year — the report used to distribute a whole month at once. |
Payroll analysis
| Report | What it shows |
| Payroll History | Similar to bulk payslips but row-based, which makes it the one to export to Excel and work on. |
| Monthly Summary | The month's payroll summarised — normally what the bank needs to make the payout. |
| Annual Summary | A year of payroll calculations in one document. |
Reconcile the Monthly Summary against the bank payment before the money leaves. A payslip corrected after the payroll run but before payment is the common case, and the summary is where the difference shows.
Employees
| Report | What it shows |
| Employees | The employee list with addresses and contact details. |
| Employee Details | A full summary of each employee. |
| Attendance | Attendance recorded for a month. |
Loans and end of service
| Report | What it shows |
| Loan | Employee loan detail — amounts lent, repaid and outstanding. |
| Leave Encashment | Leave encashment detail. |
| End of Service | Employees' end of service benefit. |
