Reminders
Reminders keep a customer or prospect from being forgotten. They are scheduled prompts against an account — check in before a renewal, follow up after a proposal, call back when a customer asked you to.
Where to find it
Go to CRM > Reminders. Reminders share the activity screen with Calls and Meetings.
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Type | Selects the activity type — here, reminders. |
| Status | Pending, done or dismissed. |
| Assigned To | Show one person's reminders. |
The list filters automatically as you select, so narrowing to your own pending reminders takes two clicks.
What a reminder holds
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Subject | What to be reminded about. |
| Related to | The customer or lead it concerns. |
| Assigned To | Who should act on it. |
| Date | When the prompt is due. |
| Status | Whether it has been actioned. |
Past reminders show on the CRM Overview. A growing list of overdue prompts is a reliable early sign that accounts are being neglected, well before it shows up in the sales figures.
