Company Subscriptions
Company Subscriptions is where every customer plan is created, changed, extended and stopped. It carries the whole commercial relationship — which pack a company is on, how many users and how much storage they have bought, what has been invoiced and what has been paid.

Extra user
Managing extra users

| Price per user | Taken from the pack. You are shown it before committing. |
| Create New Invoice | Bills the additional users. |
| Record Payments | Records payment against that invoice in the same step. |
| Total Amount | What the change costs. |
Extra storage
Managing extra storage
Attachment size and storage limits are set per company. Extra storage packs are sold on top of an existing plan, priced per GB, and invoiced the same way as extra users.
AI Assistant credit

| Free trial messages left | How many free messages remain before credit is needed. |
| Add credit (manual) | Load credit onto the company. |
| Reference / note | Why it was loaded — a paid invoice, a goodwill top-up, a trial extension. |
The rate you sell credit at, and your margin over cost, are set in AI Settings.
Inactive/Modify
Inactivating or modifying subscriptions
Packs can be changed at any time, which matters most for accountant companies that adjust user counts and functionality often.
Invoices and payments
Managing invoices and payments
- Choose trial or live when creating the subscription.
- For live subscriptions, invoice the subscription fee.
- Generate the invoice and record the payment on the same screen.
Invoice and payment options are only offered on a new subscription. Bill a renewal separately — the option does not reappear on an existing one.
Start and end dates
A subscription runs between a start and end date. Extending it is a matter of moving the end date, and the amount is recalculated from the pack price, extra users, extra storage and any discount that applies.
Subscription hold
Subscription hold for resellers
A subscription put on hold by a reseller stops the company without deleting it. Contact support to resume one.
