Proposal Inquiry

A proposal is a written document sent to a prospective client in order to obtain a specific order, which actually connected with both customer and leads. when its committed or accepted, We can convert the lead as customer and move the proposal to sales order and proceed the business flow from it.

go to, CRM > Proposal Tab.

  • Here you can find the list of proposals as you created before.
  • By using our search functionality, you can filter records as per your requirements.In Reference box you can type Reference number and Choose From date and To date  and finally click the Search button to search for a proposal.
  • The proposal list is displayed with fields including reference, customer/lead, proposal date, valid until, delivery to, proposal total, status.We have a button labeled "More" that offers several options including Edit, Void, Sales Order, Mail, and Print.
  • Edit Icon is used to edit the proposal .
  • You can View the proposal by clicking on the reference.
  • Mail icon is used to mail the proposal to other source.
  • Print icon is used to print the proposal .
  • Void icon is used to void the proposal .To void the proposal , ensure it has not been converted into a sales order, as proposal converted to sales orders cannot be voided once they are processed to the next level.
  • The "Sales Order" option is used to convert a proposal into a sales order.
