Overview
The Opportunity View in TamilAccounting provides a centralized place to manage and track potential sales opportunities within the CRM module. It is designed to give users a comprehensive view of the details related to each opportunity, ensuring that sales teams can effectively manage and convert these opportunities into actual sales.
Details in Opportunity View
General Tab:
- Opportunity Name: The name of the opportunity, which often describes the potential deal or sales scenario (e.g., New Tricky Track from opp to quote).
- Organization Name: The name of the organization associated with the opportunity (e.g., Just for test).
- Customer: The name of the customer who is involved in the opportunity (e.g., Kelly).
- Contact: The contact person within the customer organization who is managing the opportunity (e.g., Kelly).
- Custom Information: Any custom information related to the opportunity (e.g., Name of John).
- Amount: The total monetary value associated with the opportunity (e.g., ₹423,000).
- Probability: The likelihood of closing the deal, expressed as a percentage (e.g., 60% or 0.600).
- Business Type: The type of business transaction, such as whether it is a new business or an existing one (e.g., Existing Business).
- Lead Source: The source from which the opportunity originated (e.g., Other).
- Sales Stage: The current stage of the sales process for this opportunity (e.g., Industry 2).
Description Section:
- Description: A brief narrative description of the opportunity, providing context or additional details (e.g., This is a test opportunity to understand how it works and connected to sales quote).
- Date: The date associated with the opportunity's details (e.g., 13/12/2023).
Tabs for Opportunity Management:
- Activity: Track and manage all activities related to the opportunity, such as meetings, calls, or emails.
- Files: Manage documents and files associated with the opportunity, allowing for easy access and storage.
