CRM Overview
The CRM Overview is the landing tab of the module. It shows the shape of your funnel, which projects and tasks are slipping, and what activity has happened recently — the sales and delivery picture in one screen.
Where to find it
Go to CRM. Overview is the first tab.
Summary cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Leads | How many leads exist, and how many are active. |
| Opportunities | The open pipeline and its conversion rate. |
| Projects | Active projects, with overdue ones flagged. |
| Open Tasks | Work outstanding, and how much is overdue. |
| Activities | Calls, meetings and reminders logged. |
| Converted | Leads that became customers. |
Lead Funnel by Status
Leads grouped by where they sit in the funnel. A funnel bulging at one stage is where the process is stuck — usually the stage nobody owns.
Leads by Source and by Industry
| Panel | Answers |
|---|---|
| Leads by Source | Which marketing actually produces leads. Depends on Lead Source being recorded. |
| Leads by Industry | Which sectors you attract, which is useful for deciding where to aim next. |
Leads by Source is the panel that earns its place. It is the only view that connects marketing spend to leads produced — and it is blank for every lead where nobody recorded a source.
Project Health and Project Status
Projects by status, with overdue engagements called out. Read it alongside Open Tasks — a project marked on track whose tasks are all overdue is not on track.
Activity Trend — Last 6 Months
Calls, meetings and reminders over time. Falling activity is a leading indicator: the pipeline follows it down a quarter later.
Recent panels
| Panel | Shows |
|---|---|
| Recent Leads | Newest prospects with name, phone, source and status. |
| Recent Projects | Latest engagements with client, deadline and status. |
| Recent Comments | The newest notes logged against records. |
| Past Reminder | Reminders now overdue. |
Using the Overview day to day
- Check Past Reminder and overdue tasks first — those are commitments already missed.
- Read the funnel by status to find where deals are stalling.
- Check overdue projects against their task position.
- Watch the activity trend over six months rather than reacting to one week.
