Locations
Locations are the sites your fleet collects from. Every job points at one, so the list is what makes a schedule routable and what lets you report collection volume by site rather than only by customer.
Where to find it
Go to EcoFleet > Settings > Locations.
What a record holds
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The site, named as your crews would call it. |
| Address | Where it is. |
| Contact | Who to reach on site. |
Managing the list
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add | Creates an entry. |
| Edit | Changes it. Existing records follow the new name. |
| Delete | Blocked while records still reference it — deactivate instead. |
Name locations the way drivers describe them, not the way the customer's contract does. A crew looking for the site at 6am reads the job sheet, and a formal address they have never heard of is not what gets them there.
