EcoFleet

EcoFleet runs a waste collection fleet. It schedules jobs to vehicles and drivers, records what was collected and where it was disposed of, tracks fuel and maintenance per vehicle, and turns completed work into invoices — so the operational side and the accounting side stay one system.

The daily cycle

Step	Screen	What happens
1. Schedule	Job	A collection is booked to a vehicle, driver and location.
2. Run	Job Log	Start and end times, distance, fuel used and loads recorded.
3. Collect	Waste Collection	What was collected, its type and where it was disposed of.
4. Bill	Job	Completed work becomes a customer invoice.

Keeping the fleet running

Screen	What it tracks
Fuel Log	Litres, cost and odometer per fill, per vehicle.
Maintenance	Servicing and repairs, with the next due date and odometer.
Vehicles	The fleet, with capacity, consumption rate and insurance expiry.
Drivers	Who drives what, and when their licence expires.

Licence and insurance expiry dates are the two fields that stop a fleet. Both sit on records you would otherwise only open when something changes — worth checking on a schedule rather than when a vehicle is pulled over.
