Acting on the proposal
- Edit while it is open and unaccepted.
- Print or Email to send it.
- Convert to a sales order once accepted — converting a lead to a customer first if needed.
Check Valid until before honouring an old proposal. Prices in a proposal are flexible and may have been set for conditions that no longer hold — costs move, and the offer does not.
