Customer portal
Customers see their invoices, deliveries and statement — and pay online.
Customers check their invoices and pay. Suppliers quote, accept orders and send their bills. Employees punch in, apply for leave and download payslips. They all sign in at the same portal address, on the web or the Android app, and TamilAccounting opens the workspace that belongs to them — straight from the books you already keep.
Can you resend that invoice? Has our order been approved? What is my leave balance? Every answer is already in your ERP. The portal lets the person asking read it — and do their side of the work themselves.
A customer signs in and sees what they owe, what is overdue, how much of their credit limit is in use and which invoices need attention. Each invoice opens to its lines, tax, total and the balance still due.
A supplier sees the orders you have raised on them, what you owe and what you have paid — and files their own documents instead of emailing them to your buyer. Each one lands on the record it belongs to in your purchasing.
Each employee sees their own attendance, leave, pay and claims, and acts on them from any phone. Managers get an approvals inbox in the same portal: approve, approve in part, reject or send a request back with a note. Nobody can approve their own request.
The portal reads from your books and hands every request to your team. Access is given person by person, and anything that would change your ledger waits for someone on your side.
Under Portal Users you choose Customer, Supplier or Employee, pick the person — and for a business, the contact who will sign in — and set their email. Mark the login inactive and it stops working.
Deactivate a customer or supplier, or record an employee as resigned or terminated in HRM, and their portal access ends at once. Reactivate them and it comes back.
A payment a customer records waits until your team confirms it or rejects it with a reason. A supplier’s bill waits for approval before it touches the ledger. Uploaded documents are verified by your team.
An employee who already uses the ERP can sign in to the portal with that same password — no second one to remember or reset.
Every ticket from the portals lands in one helpdesk, where your team replies and can keep notes that stay internal. Announcements go to customers, suppliers, employees or everyone.
The portal overview shows who has signed in, what they use and what is still waiting for your team.

| Can do | Pay online, record a payment, request an order, share documents, raise a ticket | Quote, accept orders, file dispatch notes, submit bills, upload compliance documents, raise a ticket | Punch in, apply for leave, claim expenses, request an advance or a correction; managers approve their team |
| Waits for your team | Recorded payments, until confirmed; order requests, until sales confirm the quotation | Submitted bills, until approved; documents, until verified | Leave, claims and corrections, until their manager approves |

Three walkthroughs recorded on a demo company: a customer checking their account and paying, a supplier doing their half of a purchase, and an employee’s month.
Customers see their invoices, deliveries and statement — and pay online.
Suppliers answer quotes, confirm POs, dispatch and send bills themselves.
Punch in, apply for leave, download payslips and file claims from any phone.
Switching software is the hard part. We help you move, keep your records sound, and keep improving the system with you.
Move across from Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage 50 or SMACC, or from Excel templates for items, customers, suppliers, employees, chart of accounts and opening balances. You preview every row before it is saved — and our team helps you through it.
Your database is backed up three times a day — every 8 hours — and your files are backed up too. Each company keeps its own separate database; roles decide who can see, enter, approve or void; every change is on the audit trail; and everything exports to Excel or PDF whenever you want it.
We follow up regularly with the businesses that use it, and their requests become features. Updates arrive on your account automatically — nothing to download or reinstall.

No. Everyone signs in at the same portal address, on the web or with the Android app. The portal reads who they are and opens their own workspace.
No. Every page is limited to the customer, supplier or employee that the sign-in is linked to. A customer only ever sees their own account, a supplier only their own orders, bills and payments.
Open Portal → Portal Users, choose Customer, Supplier or Employee, pick the person (for a customer or supplier, also the contact who will sign in) and set their email and password. You can mark a login inactive at any time.
Their portal access ends with the record. An employee recorded as resigned or terminated in HRM, or a customer or supplier marked inactive, is refused on their next sign-in or request. Reactivating the record restores access.
Yes, where an online payment gateway is set up for your company: they pick the invoices and pay, and the receipt is posted and allocated. If they paid by bank transfer or cheque, they record it with the reference instead — it waits for your team to confirm or reject it, and the customer is told either way.
Yes. A supplier submits the bill against the goods receipt your store booked. It arrives as pending, with their invoice number, the order and the receipt behind it, and changes nothing in your ledger until your team approves it. Bill submission needs an approval flow for supplier invoices to be switched on, so there is always someone named to approve.
No. A portal sign-in is separate from an ERP user. Staff who already use the ERP can be set to sign in with their ERP password, so they keep just one.
Your own team, from inside the ERP. Every ticket lands in the portal helpdesk; a reply appears in the person’s thread and they are notified. Notes marked internal stay in the ERP.
