Manage Inventories/Services
Both Inventory and Services can be managed at one module, which helps to you organize and Track the needs and buy them in right time.
The Physical Product or a goods stored in Warehouses and stores.
Create, Manage, Purchase and Sell Services.
Put multiple items together in a pack and name it.
It's an alied name of the product which is used to perform sales.
Re-order Levels
Every Good moving items and inventory has to be calculated the average daily sales of it. And we need to record the reorder Level in the system. Whenever the inventory reaches reorder level, The system will make entry in the Requisition listing.
Each Warehouse and inventory location can be defined to record its own re-order levels.
Re-order level is not mandatory for every items. It might be required for most selling items,
Categories
Let's create grouping in terms of categories and assign the units, default GL codes and tax types. When you choose the category the rest will be applied automatic.
Categories are designed to help you the large inventories to shortlist it.
Warehouse & Inventory Location
Just store all your goods and inventories in a place is called Warehouse. Create As many warehouses as you want.
Each warehouse will be maintained and managed with help of our powerfull inventory master.
Attachments & Files
For items and services you might have some images of it, And also if its manufacturable items, you might need to store the additional documents such as product makes, description and quality metrics, designs, drawings, etc.
Material cost /Standard cost
Inventory material cost, Average cost, or Material cost are in same one which are refereing, Each Purchase and manufacturing of an item will calculate the average cost and update in the system. We are following average cost for the costing method.
Transactions & Status
From the Item perspective you can see the movement of item through the transactions tab. Which will helps you to identify the movements within a certain period of time.
Status helps you to know the current Inventory status such as stock, on demand, on order, and available with our hands after the demand and order. Which helps to plan for specific items
Batch/Serial Numbers & Expiry date
If your products and services has Batch numbers for a pack of products you can use it with its batch numbers.
It's easy to use the same Batch no as Serial. Suppose if you are selling serials based products such as mobile phones, laptops, you can use it as serial number.
Each and every batch numbers has its own expiry date. You can define and use it on the Sales
Items and Inventory
Create, Edit, Update, Transacte, Delete and Report the Items and its inventory at one place. With Inventory management you can get most selling and stagnant items and get them to do more business with most selling items.
You can Create items and inventory from the New->Item | Service button. The Inventory Inquiry will helps you to know

Services
Items and Services are similar to perform sales and purchses, Whereas the only difference is to have physical availability of the goods are called inventory, If thats not available, than its service.
With Services, There is no Transactions and Status to know the movement and availability. Service will be available till you wanted to serve the customers with it.

Sales Kits & Virtual Items
Sales Kit and Virutal Items are almost similar in nature, The Sales kit works with multiple items, Whereas the Virtual item works with only one product or service.
With sales kit you can put multiple items in a kit and sell it with name, it will be good for offers and combo plans like combine two or more products and services while selling it.
The Actually sales and Purchases happening with real product or service. But the during the transaction, we are using the virtual name and kit name.
Inventory Transfers
If you are operating with different inventory locations, you might need to perform the inventory transfers from one to another.
With a form you can choose the From and To locations and feed the items and the date of transfer. The system will perform the transfer from source location to the destination location.
Inventory Transfer has separate inquiry and listing to see the transfers in detail.
Also connects with Batch and expiry date to move the items along with batches and its expiration data
Inventory Adjustments
Adjustment helps you perform the Stock adjustment either it will help you to increase or decrease the quantity of the stock in a particular date.
This Adjustment helps during the time of initial stock balance feed. And also inventory Stock Reconcile from the physical stock and system stock.
Adjustment helps to feed the stock in a designated location and also with the particular date.
Reports
Inventory Reports helps you to valuate the stock and helps to to forecast the future sales and get the stock available before it sold completely.
