Step 01

Raised from the portal

Employees, customers and suppliers raise tickets from their own portal, on the web or on their phone. Each ticket has a subject, a category, a priority — Low, Medium, High or Urgent — a description and, if it helps, an attached file.

The categories fit the person asking:

  • Employees — HR support, IT, payroll, facilities
  • Customers — billing, delivery, product, support
  • Suppliers — payments, purchase orders, delivery, documents
Step 02

One helpdesk for all three portals

Every ticket lands in the same helpdesk inside the ERP, tied to the employee, customer or supplier who raised it, with its own reference number such as TKT-0042.

Open tickets sort to the top. Filter by portal — employees, customers or suppliers — or by status, or pick Needs attention to see only what is still open or waiting on a reply.

Step 03

Reply in the thread, keep notes private

Open a ticket to see the whole conversation in one place. Your reply goes back to the person who raised it, in their portal.

Need to leave a word for a colleague — what the warehouse said, what to check next? Mark the reply as an internal note. It stays inside the ERP and is never shown in the portal.

Step 04

A clear status, and nobody left guessing

A ticket starts as Open. When your team replies it becomes Answered, and you mark it Resolved or Closed when the matter is done. If the person writes back — even on a closed ticket — it opens again, so nothing is lost.

Employees and customers get an in-app notification and a push alert on their phone whenever you reply or change the status.

Step 05

Help with the software itself

Any user can raise a ticket with your software provider from the Tickets menu — marked as support, an issue or an enhancement, with a priority of low, medium or high.

  • Replies in one thread, with screenshots, PDFs, videos, Word and Excel files attached
  • An email to everyone on the ticket when there is a reply, and when it is closed
  • Reopen a closed ticket if the problem comes back
  • Counts by type, priority and status, and an open-tickets tile on the dashboard
At a glance

The helpdesk on your overview

The portal overview carries a helpdesk card, so you see the state of support without opening a single ticket:

  • Total tickets
  • Waiting on you
  • Answered
  • Resolved
  • New in the last 30 days
  • When the last ticket activity happened

Other Features of the Ticket System

The small things that keep every request answered and on record.

Three Portals, One Desk

Employees, customers and suppliers each raise tickets from their own portal; your team answers them all in one place.

Categories That Fit

Each portal offers its own categories — payroll and IT for staff, billing and delivery for customers, payments and documents for suppliers.

Four Priorities

Low, Medium, High or Urgent, chosen by the person raising the ticket, so the urgent ones are easy to spot.

Attach a File

A photo of the damaged carton or a copy of the payslip can be attached when the ticket is raised.

Internal Notes

Notes for your own team sit in the same thread but are never shown in the portal.

Automatic Reopen

When the person writes back on a resolved or closed ticket, it opens again and returns to the top of the list.

Push Notifications

Employees and customers are alerted in the app and on their phone when you reply or change the status.

Tied to the Person

Every ticket belongs to the customer, supplier or employee who raised it, so you always know exactly who you are answering.

No more scattered requests

Requests that used to arrive by phone, chat and email are raised as tickets in the portal and answered from one list.

Nothing said twice

The full conversation stays on the ticket, so whoever picks it up next sees exactly what has already been said and done.

Part of the same system

The people raising tickets are the same customers, suppliers and employees in your books — no separate helpdesk tool to keep in sync.

Why businesses stay

Bring your data. We’ll keep it right — and keep making it better.

Switching software is the hard part. We help you move, keep your records sound, and keep improving the system with you.

Data migration & opening balances

Move across from Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage 50 or SMACC, or from Excel templates for items, customers, suppliers, employees, chart of accounts and opening balances. You preview every row before it is saved — and our team helps you through it.

Your data, kept right

Your database is backed up three times a day — every 8 hours — and your files are backed up too. Each company keeps its own separate database; roles decide who can see, enter, approve or void; every change is on the audit trail; and everything exports to Excel or PDF whenever you want it.

Always improving, with you

We follow up regularly with the businesses that use it, and their requests become features. Updates arrive on your account automatically — nothing to download or reinstall.

Connected to what comes next

GST e-invoice and e-way bill, ZATCA, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, biometric devices, online payment gateways, mobile apps and an AI assistant — and new connections are added as the market moves.

Employees and customers get an in-app notification and a push alert when you reply or change the status of their ticket.

The Needs attention filter shows open and answered tickets, with open ones at the top. You can also filter by portal and by status, and the portal overview counts tickets waiting on you, answered, resolved and raised in the last 30 days.

Use the Tickets menu to raise a ticket marked as support, an issue or an enhancement, with a priority and any files attached. You get an email when there is a reply and when it is closed, and you can reopen it if the problem comes back.
