Overview

The Sales Quotation View allows users to review, manage, and process sales quotations. This screen displays detailed information regarding the quotation, including customer details, document details, itemized line details, and available actions like converting the quotation to a sales order or invoice.

Details in Sales Quotation View

1. Quotation Information:

   • Reference Number: Unique identifier for the quotation (e.g., 001/2024).
   • Date: The date when the quotation was created (e.g., 14/01/2024).
   • Valid Until: The expiration date of the quotation (e.g., 15/01/2024).
   • Sales Man: The salesperson responsible for the quotation (e.g., Varadharaj V).

2. Customer Details:

   • Customer Name: Name of the customer (e.g., Reseller ERP).
   • Customer Contact: Contact information for the customer, including a phone number (e.g., 1231231313).

3. Delivery Details:

   • Delivery Address: The delivery address for the order (e.g., Default).

4. Document Details:

   • Payment Terms: The payment terms agreed upon (e.g., Due By End Of The Following Month).
   • Customer Currency: The currency in which the transaction will be processed (e.g., INR).
   • Attached Files: Any files associated with the quotation (e.g., Human Capital Process - Arun Review.pdf).

5. Line Details:

   • Item Description: The items or services included in the quotation (e.g., 1010 - Dell Laptop).
   • Quantity: The quantity of each item (e.g., 1 each).
   • Unit Price: The price per unit of each item (e.g., 175.390).
   • Discount: Any discounts applied to the item (e.g., 0.000).
   • Item Tax Type: The applicable tax for the item (e.g., GST 18%).
   • Total: The total value for each line item, including taxes (e.g., ₹175.390).

6. Total Amount:

   • Sub Total: The total before tax (e.g., ₹175.390).
   • Included Tax: The tax amount included in the total, broken down by type (e.g., SGST (9%) ₹13.377, CGST (9%) ₹13.377).
   • Amount Total: The grand total of the quotation (e.g., ₹175.390).

Actions:

• Edit: Modify the details of the quotation.
• Sales Order: Convert the quotation into a sales order.
• Sales Invoice: Convert the quotation into a sales invoice.
• Email: Send the quotation details to the customer via email.
• Print: Print the quotation for record-keeping or sharing.
• Share Link: Generate a shareable link to the quotation.
• Void: Mark the quotation as void if it's no longer needed.
